I couldn't have asked for a better location, right across the street from Arizona State University and a charming neighborhood. The rooms are well-equipped and artistically arranged, but a bit small and could get too warm. The service was a major plus, very friendly and helpful. The dining experience had its flaws with delays and limited options, but the overall value for money is decent.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location couldn't have been better, right across the street from the ASU campus, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
